Google Bad Review (2):  The worst customer service experience from a London hairdresser ever!!!
First time , I spoke to Maeve about the colour correction and had a provisional quote. I called up to three times asking her to confirm the price and she never bothered to come back to me, despite three alerts about my calls through reception.
Second time, the hairdresser declined to provide me a tailored quote for hair regrowth. After I went there in person I was asked by an unprofessional and careless hairdresser to check it online only.
While I was there, the salon was empty and she didn’t even consider checking my hair for the quote like all decent hairdressers do.
Terrible people, don’t waste your time with them.
