Google Bad Review 1: It's been 4 months since my sofa's been delivered with the wrong cushion fillings and I'm still waiting for the correct ones. Customer care kept saying they would pass on the message to someone to sort this and it still hasn't been. I have been trying to contact them everyday for the past week and everyday I get the same message saying ‘no one is able to get to the phone right now'.
As the sofa in question was VERY expensive it has left me feeling frustrated.
It sounds like they have switched off their customer care

Google Bad Review (2): We've had a terrible time with this company. We bought a sofa from their shop near Upper Street. The sofa was lovely and comfortable in the shop. However, the one that was delivered was horribly faulty. Parts of the frame were broken, two of the seats were sunken in, and the cushions were deflated. We've contacted their customer care team five times to try to get Arlo and Jacob to fix this, but haven't yet had a response and keep having to chase them. I'd avoid at all costs – they charge high prices for exceptionally poor quality products and terrible customer service
