Google Bad Review:  DON'T EVER GO WITH THIS AGENCY!! THEY MADE OUR LIFE A LIVING HELL! One week after moving in, we were made aware that there will be a huge 6 months construction project in the building. No more balcony, no more light coming in, no more sun. They blocked the whole balcony with a huge thing so now as if we live in a cell. Scaffolding were put, workers are inside the balcony on daily basis , no more privacy and most importantly we havent slept for the past 5 months as workers start working at 7 am every single day.

TRYING TO REACH OUT TO THE AGENCY BUT THEIR ONLY CONCERN IS HOW THEY'RE GETTING THEIR DEPOSIT BACK RATHER THAN TRYING TO HELP!

AGAIN DON'T EVER GO WITHT THIS AGENCY! THEY ARE DISHONEST PEOPLE!

Google Bad Review (2):  One of the worst agency there is. Property managers are absolutely incompetent and could not care less. For example, when we reported an issue with one of the windows they didn't believe us but after several emails, they agreed to go to the flat and check. They then properly broke the window which was not already closing very well and left it wide open in the middle of November without giving us the heads-up! We then had to fix it ourselves until they sent someone the next day. When moving out, they claimed £70 for a painting job to cover 4 blueberry spots on one of the kitchen wall which was not tiled. Also, they wanted to charge us to paint over some marks they themselves left on the walls during their numerous inspections over the 3 years we lived there! Luckily we had proof for that. We argued with them, even offered to pay the £70 IF they provided us with a receipt & proof that the works have been carried out which they just wouldn't want to do. We were very determined to reject their claim & move forward with the deposit arbitration process but in the end we got so disgusted with their ways that we just accepted their claim. Merry Christmas from us. It was never about the money but I got so disappointed that they just won't accept it was fair wear and tear for a property we rented for 3 years or just prove they did the work they charged us for!
