Google Bad Review 1: Complete scammers. I purchased a chair during Black Friday last year, which needed replacing. I offered to come in to test different chairs, but it being the week of Christmas, the store manager, Ted, explained he will be on vacation and I should come in in January. With COVID lockdowns, as agreed with Ted, I was going to come in when the restrictions are lifted (while holding on to the chair in my home, since Ted and I agreed once I get a fitting in-store, they will send the new chair and pickup the one that I wanted to return since November). After some back & forth with Ted, and his guarantee that he will absolutely honor the exchange – once I finally visited the showroom and chose a chair I wanted to replace (it was more expensive than the original I bought), Ted advised me that he “can't take the chair back because too much time has passed”. He even was as cheeky to state “Well, you have nothing in writing so what are you going to do?” – at which point I realized why Ted NEVER returned any of my emails, and always insisted in ONLY calling me back whenever I followed up with an email to confirm our phone agreement. Completely disgusting and premeditated behavior. DO NOT SHOP HERE – you will not get help.

Google Bad Review (2): Terrible Service, will never use again. Paid these guys to clean some chairs previously purchased from themselves. Paid to have 6 chairs cleaned at £90 each!!! For that money I expected a decent job. They returned the chairs in exactly the same state we sent them in, when I complained they told me they had hovered them! For £90 each!!! I kid you not. Avoid at all costs.
