Google Bad Review (2):  One of the worst experiences I've ever had in any place of business. The sole member of staff was incredibly rude to me. After I presented my query to him, he preceded to ignore me, question and sidestep my request, answer his mobile phone and then finally laugh off my request as if I was an idiot. I think his exact words were “what benefit is this to me”. This process took nearly 10 minutes, when he could have just said he didn't want to deal with my request when I walked in. His name was Hal Brown. Thinking over it again, it was the worst experience I've ever had as a customer.
