Google Bad Review 1:  I booked air tickets through Travel Hub Wembley and I was promised to get a bassinet seat for my baby who is travelling with her mom. We were extremely specific with what we wanted however we were given a false promise from this agent saying your seats will be confirmed and nothing to worry. 48 hours later when we called them to find out the status then the member of staff says the seat you requested is not available and unfortunately your baby will have to be on your lap for 9 hours which is the duration of the flight. We then called the airline and found out that the agent could have checked the availability before hand booking the flight, obviously which was not done by this agent and now we are in a terrible situation and the agent is not happy to help. I will definitely recommend to each and everyone to think million times before booking anything through this agent.
I am very unhappy as my new born baby is flying for the first time and this agent is not interested at all to help us out even though i offered to pay half of the penalty cost to meet the cost half way to rebook the ideal seat we want.
I will not use this agent again.

Google Bad Review (2):  We booked 2 tickets from London to Mumbai for 24th Dec2020. Due to Pandemic our flight got cancelled. PINKAL DESAI who is agent advised us not to cancel tickets rather keep it open for 2 years, it will be transferable to anyone friends or family. We agreed to do so. Later on we tried to book the tickets twice but Pinkal didn't help us, he didn't pick our calls, all the time he kept saying he is busy and will call back in some time. He didn't clarify that we can ask for refund at any point. Other staff told us that we can use the voucher only for ourself & it's not transferable . when we tried to contact Pinkal he told us that he will get back in some time but went offline, he switched off his phone and left for home. Following day his colleague said he is on leave. It was such a frustrating situation. We felt that we been foolish and we won't get our money back. Finally Priyanka from TravelHub team helped us to process our refund. Please be careful while booking with them. Make sure you have written confirmation and clear communication.
