You would not actually give a way to contact you. Everything to do with the NHS in this country is bad. Especially so for mental health which is so bad that I would recommend that you steer right away from any ‘help' as you will lose any mental health that you have. Unfortunately this has been the case for me.

This state of affairs will continue as nobody that remains in a good mental state cares about mental health and in a organisation like the NHS which is always crying out for more money, mental health will always be a afterthought. It's a shame as mental health equals physical health. A person with bad physical health will develop bad mental health in turn and vice versa. All health problems are equal in reality but this is not how people perceive it, at least in Britain.

Edit: By giving an complaints procedure email, you are just trying to trick people into thinking that any issues can be resolved and there is due process and care in the organisation. In reality, I will be shut off and nothing will be done. It would upset any person if a complaint of theirs was not looked into, never mind people who have suffered so much. Please do not operate any complaints procedure unless if complaints can actually be resolved which they can't in this organisation as the whole of it is rotten to the core in heart.
