Google Bad Review:  Not impressed with the treatment of a friend. I understand that their safety and that of others is the most important things, but there is practically no emphasis on treatment and improvement of mental health to prevent them having to return in the future.
They are just left to their own devices and to essentially decay from boredom in this place which looks like a prison. At least have some engaging/self-help books around and some communal games instead of just a pool table with several balls missing. Encourage exercise. Encourage interaction between the attendees. Encourage improvement of self-esteem and a vision of a better life once they leave.

Google Bad Review:  Took my 7 year old here the other day. Very clean and hygienic (barbicide everywhere which is a great sign), good customer service, didn't have to wait long and great cut. It was a bit more pricey than I'm used to but all the above made it worth it.

UPDATE: Following my 2nd visit here when my child was due for his next trim, it is now obvious that not all the barbers are very experienced with afro-caribbean hair (yet they still charge full price). If you are young and/or female please note that you/your child will probably be used as practice for the novice staff members and if you voice your concerns you'll receive a very misogynistic aggressive response from management, as I did.

They also called me and said my relative requested to see me, I informed them I’ll be there in an hour, when I went to the care home, they refused again. When I tried to explain, they said they’ll call the police. I have serious concerns about the welfare of some of the people at this care home and I will now be taking this issue further through legal channels.

Google Bad Review:  Impossible to get through to the musculoskeletal clinic. After navigating the terrible phone system options (that put you through to health assessment bookings if you choose MSK) I was eventually sent through to the main BUPA call centre because no one was answering. The call centre couldn’t book my appointment so I was redirected to a receptionist who also couldn’t book my appointment. She gave me a number to call and that led me to the same call centre. The call centre tried the MSK clinic again and I was told that they were too busy to answer the phone. After spending over an hour on the phone (each time I called I held for about 10-15 mins), the receptionist for the dental centre kindly made an appointment for me.
Absolutely painful and unacceptable level of service. Judging from the comments below, this seems to be a recurring theme.
