4 thousand pounds , drinking horrible herbs to make my problem worse. Don’t waste your money. It’s a scam !! If I could I would give zero star .

Google Bad Review (2):  I cannot award any stars as my experience of the service was so so poor. In a nutshell please do not waste your time going to this place. I rarely if ever complain or write negative reviews as I tend to err on the side of trying to understand where other people are coming from and giving people the benefit of the doubt. However my experience was so bad I feel compelled to let you all know not to bother going to this place.
I am 35 (almost 36) weeks pregnant with a breech pregnancy. I did my research, phoned the British Acupuncture Council as well as the British Medical Acupuncture Society and was told that it is worth trying moxibustion before medical intervention and that the best time is before 36 weeks. but that even after this time it is worth trying as it can make ECV more effective,
I spoke to very friendly reception staff on the phone who told me I could come in today at 3pm and see Dr Wong who will see me for a consultation then do the treatment.
when I arrived there Dr Wong stood a far distance away looking at me, and did not respond when I smiled and said hello. After a few moments he gestured for me to follow him still not smiling, still no hello. When we sat down he seemed tired, irritated and not present. First he said he would not do the Moxi because it is better between 7 and 8 months then he said that he couldn't do it because they cannot burn things in their building. Even though I had to tell him the names of the medical procedure ECV and the inversion exercise; after not really telling me anything useful and being unfriendly to the point of rudeness, (amounting to about 2 minutes) I was told to buy the herbs and do the procedure myself at home.
I then phoned the London Acupuncture clinic on Harley street who were kind, polite and courteous and told me the procedure is best before 36 weeks and booked me in for a Moxibustion tomorrow (when I turn 36 weeks).
Even though I felt I had wasted my time going to Acumedic, which when you are heavily pregnant and the weather is hot is not a nice experience, I can handle that sort of thing if people are courteous and kind towards me which Dr Wong was most certainly not!
