Google Bad Review 1:  Scam!!!! Don't be fooled by the postcode!!! did Deso fat dissolving injections and was extremely nervous before getting them done I kept asking if I would see results and was told ‘Definitely ‘ but 2 or more treatments would be better. I did the injections and no change whatsoever!!! I was told to diet and exercise which I did but injections only causesed pain and discomfort for no results. When I emailed to complain firstly no response to email then I called and was told we never guaranteed results as varys from patients to patients, however I was told ‘definitely ‘ see results. If I was nit guaranteed results I would not of parted with £500!! They then went on to show me the wavier form I signed which says in small print that there's no guarantee it will work, so why offer treatment then if you know it won't work?? Why it's a scam that's why!!! Asked for refund which they refused instead offering me other treatments that they do not guarantee will work so what's the point in doing them??really disappointed as had high hopes and as it was in knightsbridge I thought they would have excellent services and results but they don't sadly its just the postcode!!!

I was in London for a well needed holiday a couple months back. Went to Knightsbridge advanced beauty for some pampering and decided to get myself a manicure, pedicure and a facial. May I just begin by saying how unhygienically disgusting the treatment room was. The towels on the bed looked like they were used for weeks without a wash. Dust everywhere in the room and very unclean working stations. I was offered a hot drink, which I asked for a Cappuccino and was given a very cheap tasting filtered coffee with it's filter on top of a unwashed cup with stains inside,which also came with out of date biscuits. I kindly asked for some sugar, which was given to me in a pot which didn't have a lid on, and only god knows how much of bacteria it may contain (just revolting). After my facial, I had a manicure and a pedicure and the same time. I was very rudely disappointed by the comment the owner made whilst doing my pedicure . she said “You have hair on your legs. We have laser and have special offer on for the summer. Come and have laser done”!Which I personally think is a disgrace. Disgusting practice. Do not use your hard earned money here!
Only care about making money! Don’t care at all about customers. Not worth the money you pay!
AVOID THIS PLACE! Go somewhere else with your money.

Google Bad Review 1:  I would strongly recommend against ever going to Skin Mod. I had an awful experience and will never return. I have credit for £450 with them, which they've said they will not refund. And as I wouldn't want my worst enemy to experience what I have, I don't feel I can ever use this money.
I can't even get myself to try a new laser clinic, as I have lost trust in people I don't know, specially those that seem super nice.

If I could I would rate it with -5 stars.

Google Bad Review (2):  Booked in to have Microblading paid the £25 deposit, had the test behind my ears. Some few hrs later my ear was Red and didnt feel as it should. The next day it was swollen and still Red. I contacted Tia who was very helpful however, I was told it would be ok to go ahead and have the treatment. I was unsure as my ear didnt feel right. She told me she would have to speak to her boss and came back to me 1 week later. I was told I would not get my deposit back as I had not taken a picture of my ear when it was Red. They didnt seem to care that I had a reaction to the test. A warning to others if you dont have the treatment due to reaction then you will lose your deposit. 🙁

Google Bad Review (2):  Booked an appointment for lips filling during the lockdown. Understandable they were closed. They got in touch with me asking me which days are convenient to me to book an appointment. Emailed them back, telling what days I prefer. Had a phone call telling me that only day they have available is Tuesday (when the doctor is not there and the treatment will be done from a nurse). Doesn't feel me with confidence but even so I took the opportunity. A day before my appointment had a voicemail telling me it has been cancelled (doubt it they just found out they won't be open). This was late July. Still no one contact me to rearrange my appointment. Clearly £250 and a potential new patient are not a good enough for them. Really professional, isn't it?

Google Bad Review (2):  don’t even know where to begin. He is so money driven but yet unskilled!! He completely ruined my body. I went in for skin removal and he up sold me to breast implants. I went under drawn on for skin removal and augmentation. When I woke up he only put in implants. Now I have these giant implants and no skin removal. When I stated my concerns all he did was try to upsell me to more procedures. I had to ask for a partial refund for the procedure he didn’t complete initially. He reluctantly agreed to a fraction of what I paid for. The scarring is terrible. I have these implants in the excess skin without any shelf. All I can say is some people are better salespeople then they are surgeons

After my treatment packages – under-arms, bikini, half legs, half arms, upper and lower chin – none of them works – more than 50% of hair remained!! If you check bad reviews – I AM NOT THE FIRST ONE – I WASTED MY TIME AND MY MONEY.

Google Bad Review (2):  Paid to delete my review!! I recently left a review which stated that the clinic was nice and staff are friendly but after 6 sessions I had no results. I then got a call from a manager offering me two free sessions and explaining that with darker skin you need more sessions but she assured me I will see results. I accepted this and also said that I will buy more after the two free sessions. I then got an email from Giulia who said she had read my review and to make it up to me she would like to offer a refund. By the way I never at any time asked for a refund. I did not ask for one in my review, or when I spoke to any member of staff. Giulia just offered me one. I accepted. She then said I can only have the refund after I delete my review. So I deleted it, she refunded me, and then said she’d cancelled all my future sessions. I assumed she’d cancelled them because they were free, but after emailing her again she has been very clear that I am not welcome back at the clinic to even pay for any more sessions. I was never rude to anyone at any point, I have kept all the emails, and even in my review I said the staff were very friendly. But because I left a negative review saying I hadn’t seen results after 6 sessions, Giulia has now banned me from the clinic, stopped replying to my emails, and nobody at the clinic will return my phone calls either.

This is no different to going to a cafe, complaining and saying “this coffee is cold I’m not very happy with it”, one manager offers you a free coffee which you are happy with, then another manager offers you a refund so you are even more happy, but then takes away your free coffee, and tells you you can never come back to the cafe again. It’s ridiculous.

Also beware, that when you first go to the clinic, they send you emails offering you a discount if you leave an online review for them. They sent me many of these emails. I suspect this is why the clinic has so many positive reviews but who knows.

Google Bad Review 1:  After an unsuccessful gynecomastia surgery the signature clinic promised a second surgery to resolve the issue.
They never got back in touch and after reaching out to them I was offered a “fat freezing” session (the issue was tissue not fat so this was of no use).
When contacting them they continually said they'd arrange a follow up surgery but weren't able to.
The surgery itself was weird. It lacked privacy, the door was often open during the duration of the surgery.
I would seriously consider a more professional place if you're looking to have surgery.

Google Bad Review (2):  Had a chin implant and I was left numb with nerve damage. I couldn’t feel my bottom lip and had a crooked smile. Dr Nessi listened to me and helped me get a revision surgery done. I can feel my lip now but it is still crooked and not sitting correctly. The 1st surgeon was terrible so rude and argued with dr Nessi about it while I was sat there. Dr Nessi was trying to help. This being said though I am really unhappy with my results and now have to pay to get it done by someone that is experienced in this surgery. Someone was supposed to be getting back in touch with me after I spoke to the last on the phone about it all and requested my notes but have not heard back still. I would not go back here for anything. Cheaper isn’t always best as you may end up having to pay twice again to get it fixed, and a few thousand pounds is still a lot of money to loose. I have been given advice and will be getting it fixed again. It has been a really stressful experience and regret having had it done totally devastated with my result and now trying to fix one problem have a new problem as my smile is now completely changed.

Google Bad Review 1:  Had botox done for the first time in the clinic, everything was great, had a top up 2 weeks later as not everything worked, as I've been told that they always put less in just in case. Then everything was great, until 2 months later where everything was wearing off. Complained about it, was invited for a consultation and checked, then I've been told the nurse needs to speak to the manager to see what they can do for me, and she'll give me a call later that week. That was 2 weeks ago, never got a call. Seems they're not interested in keeping clients. At first I was happy with the service but the way they have dealt with my complaint deserves only 1 star. won't be back.

Also I had chin job that I did not need but Dr Halsnad manipulated me into having the operation but apparently you don't tell Dr Halsnad what you want apparently he tells you what you are having quite clearly Dr Halsnad manipulated the whole operation now for the rest of my life my face is disfigured. When I confronted him about the damage he quite clearly didn't want to no kept on talking over me infact he blames me for the disfigurement and that I need Psychiatric help. I believe Dr Halsnad is a Manipulator and and he quite clearly does not care fulstop. I will never forget what he said if you don't like what I have done we will go back and reverse the operation. By the way I no longer work for a living on the dole because people don't want me there. Trying to pick myself up (really hard) I wish I never met Dr Halsnad he had NO intention of helping me and I met him through (ELANIC IN GLASGOW ). When you loose everything you literally have nothing else to loose the operation was on 4/3/19 at the Ross Hall hospital the amount of times I asked Dr Halsnad for help and quite clearly he just wanted me to disappear. I also talked to the complaints manager and she quite clearly made her mind up there on the spot and wanted me just to disappear. But I have NO INTENTION of letting this go but due to the covid19 of course things have slowed down hopefully later on in 2021 we have some normality.

Google Bad Review 1:  I was really looking forward to my appointment with El but I had a shockingly terrible experience with her. She asked for a photo of my eyebrows well before my appointment, which I sent and she knew I had done microblading before. When I arrived, she said she couldn’t do them because my eyebrows are uneven and going over the old line would leave two tails. When I asked for a refund, she lost it and basically blamed me for not telling her about the shape before, which I had no idea about since I’m not the expert. She wanted me to pay for a service I didn’t get and that just isn’t right. Clearly, all she cares about is the money. She also told me not to come back again. I’m shocked at her attitude. I was extremely polite with her, even before she agreed to a refund. Although I can’t speak for her aesthetic skills, I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone I know because of her attitude.

Google Bad Review (2):  El is extremely RUDE and impatient. Don’t call to ask questions, you will be rudely dismissed and told to read the website. The worst customer service experience ever! No need to be that rude and arrogant . Hugely overpriced as well. I advise not letting someone who even refuses to listen do a treatment. Guaranteed better service and price elsewhere.
