Google Bad Review 1:  I would strongly recommend against ever going to Skin Mod. I had an awful experience and will never return. I have credit for £450 with them, which they've said they will not refund. And as I wouldn't want my worst enemy to experience what I have, I don't feel I can ever use this money.
I can't even get myself to try a new laser clinic, as I have lost trust in people I don't know, specially those that seem super nice.

If I could I would rate it with -5 stars.

Google Bad Review (2):  Booked in to have Microblading paid the £25 deposit, had the test behind my ears. Some few hrs later my ear was Red and didnt feel as it should. The next day it was swollen and still Red. I contacted Tia who was very helpful however, I was told it would be ok to go ahead and have the treatment. I was unsure as my ear didnt feel right. She told me she would have to speak to her boss and came back to me 1 week later. I was told I would not get my deposit back as I had not taken a picture of my ear when it was Red. They didnt seem to care that I had a reaction to the test. A warning to others if you dont have the treatment due to reaction then you will lose your deposit. 🙁

Google Bad Review 1:  I was a member for over 23 years. I left the gym around 8 months ago. i am writing this after this interval today because i bumped into someone at the weekend and , they told me of their experience at the gym. This so mirrored my own experience that this prompted me to write so all potential and existing members who can see that they are not the only ones being treated unfairly.

The test is when there is a problem and how the club deals with it. My experience was, extremely crudely and without any professionalism.

My emails were not acknowledged , issues were not addressed, NO APOLOGIES WERE FORTHCOMING. The MANAGEMENT ARE NOT INTERESTED IN SOLVING ISSUES, or listening to members, as was shared by many others members since my experience, including issues of security in changing areas.

Front of staff when i was there were often too busy talking to each other rather than greeting the members .

i am sure there are members who had no reason to speak to management and would wonder what this is about. Be aware, if you do need to deal with them, you may be disappointed the way it may be handled. or hopefully this will start a review of how they deal with complaints and ensure the customers are being treated with respect and dignity.

Google Bad Review 1:  I wanted to get a lip treatment done and sent in some photos for the team to assess. They told me they will get back to me but never do, I re-sent the photo they required on three occasions but there was no response. I even sent a follow up email. I tried to assume the best but if there still isn’t a response then this is just poor customer service at this point. I was genuinely considering treatment here but will go somewhere else. Disappointing.

They actually reply here than via email – I should have communicated my questions over the treatment here.

Edit: They’ve said they replied various times on online chat which is untrue as we communicated over email and yes there was communication *at the start* but the whole point behind this review is that they *stopped* responding after asking for another photo. Even to my follow up email. It is shocking to insinuate that I’m lying instead of taking accountability. Why would I post this review if they were communicating with me? Jessica also should’ve been the one to answer to this since the conversation was with her and if she’s the owner then what can I say, how delusional.

We, as family saw a lot of great results with our laser treatments when it was running by Oasis but one last session with epillium ruined my great result. We, all now have to buy another course of treatments from different company to rectify the issues we are having. Google Bad Review (2):  I cannot award any stars as my experience of the service was so so poor. In a nutshell please do not waste your time going to this place. I rarely if ever complain or write negative reviews as I tend to err on the side of trying to understand where other people are coming from and giving people the benefit of the doubt. However my experience was so bad I feel compelled to let you all know not to bother going to this place.
I am 35 (almost 36) weeks pregnant with a breech pregnancy. I did my research, phoned the British Acupuncture Council as well as the British Medical Acupuncture Society and was told that it is worth trying moxibustion before medical intervention and that the best time is before 36 weeks. but that even after this time it is worth trying as it can make ECV more effective,
I spoke to very friendly reception staff on the phone who told me I could come in today at 3pm and see Dr Wong who will see me for a consultation then do the treatment.
when I arrived there Dr Wong stood a far distance away looking at me, and did not respond when I smiled and said hello. After a few moments he gestured for me to follow him still not smiling, still no hello. When we sat down he seemed tired, irritated and not present. First he said he would not do the Moxi because it is better between 7 and 8 months then he said that he couldn't do it because they cannot burn things in their building. Even though I had to tell him the names of the medical procedure ECV and the inversion exercise; after not really telling me anything useful and being unfriendly to the point of rudeness, (amounting to about 2 minutes) I was told to buy the herbs and do the procedure myself at home.
I then phoned the London Acupuncture clinic on Harley street who were kind, polite and courteous and told me the procedure is best before 36 weeks and booked me in for a Moxibustion tomorrow (when I turn 36 weeks).
Even though I felt I had wasted my time going to Acumedic, which when you are heavily pregnant and the weather is hot is not a nice experience, I can handle that sort of thing if people are courteous and kind towards me which Dr Wong was most certainly not!

Google Bad Review 1:  I wanted to get a lip treatment done and sent in some photos for the team to assess. They told me they will get back to me but never do, I re-sent the photo they required on three occasions but there was no response. I even sent a follow up email. I tried to assume the best but if there still isn’t a response then this is just poor customer service at this point. I was genuinely considering treatment here but will go somewhere else. Disappointing.

They actually reply here than via email – I should have communicated my questions over the treatment here.

Edit: They’ve said they replied various times on online chat which is untrue as we communicated over email and yes there was communication *at the start* but the whole point behind this review is that they *stopped* responding after asking for another photo. Even to my follow up email. It is shocking to insinuate that I’m lying instead of taking accountability. Why would I post this review if they were communicating with me? Jessica also should’ve been the one to answer to this since the conversation was with her and if she’s the owner then what can I say, how delusional.

I would’ve tolerated the bizarre work space and the claustrophobic room the practice took place if it wasn’t for the lack of respect she demonstrated by exposing my work on social media even though I asked for discretion.
