Google Bad Review 1:  Nice interior in a great location – no doubt a classy place, and the staff seemed nice.

My wife had a number of EMSculpt sessions with pleasant associates. The first session started late (they said some kind of time mix up, and there was no real ‘introduction’ (what to expect, etc). She also had to stop back and ask for ‘before' photos to be taken. The followup 8 weeks after the final session was a waste of time – they took ‘after’ photos which she has not received and there was no real consultation on what other options were possible – they suggested booking yet another appointment to talk about other possible procedures.

Consider Young LDN the nice, friendly, low cost provider – but you’ll need to do the research yourself as the associates basically just operate the machines and don't seem overly knowledgable about the procedures.

Google Bad Review (2):  Had a very needed and expensive treatment here a few years ago and can't forget the experience for how terrible it was (I lasted around 5 sessions).

The customer service was the worst I had and the treatment didn't even work (they actually burnt my skin and made it worse).
To the day of today still suffer from the side effects.

Avoid if you are looking to feel welcomed, comfortable and safe as this are just cold rude people taking your money.

Google Bad Review (2):  I went to Dr Sarwar for fillers as I have had them before somewhere else, but this time it was awful. Within a short time I developed an infection in the area he treated and needed strong course of anti biotics to clear it up. It has been a nightmare as it ruined my social life as felt unable to go out and I am so self-conscious, that this area now looks dipped with an indentation where the filler was put in.
I spent a lot of money and part from this problem I see no difference. I also felt he tried to sell me further treatment than I wanted which I believe I didn’t need. I’ve got to find someone else now to repair the damage he has done. It has caused me so much emotional stress.

Google Bad Review 1:  My consultation with Dr Jack went well, although I didn't leave filled with confidence I felt happy enough to give the treatment of Lumecca laser a try.
Having tried other lasers in other clinics I thought I knew what to expect, this laser is like no other it is extremely painful! I had the treatment on both arms hands not included, the treatment took around 10 minutes in total. I felt as though it was very rushed, the laser was not taken away from my skin but dragged down (I have not experienced this technique in any other session of laser at other clinics), no numbing cream was applied and when I asked if this could be used I was advised it would void the laser. I find this hard to believe due to all of my research of other clinics providing this treatment using a numbing cream.
I was also left with a burn, the laser was not successful and I now have a scar from the burn. Dr Jack was quick to book me in for a check-up when I called about the burn however, no other after care has been provided. No follow up appointments or phone calls or further pictures taken. At a cost of £360 for one treatment of the arm area not including hands, that takes 10 minutes and did nothing to the appearance of my sun spots I would advise you are better off having a few more sessions paying £180 a session and actually seeing results. I opted to try Lumecca as all the research would lead you to believe that you could get the same results from photo rejuvenation but in a quarter of the time with longer lasting results.
I did not find this to be the case and feel as though I have completely wasted my money. Visiting a clinic on Harley street doesn’t mean anything, invest your time into treatments that take a little longer, are less harming for your skin & will get the results you are looking for.
I have had photo rejuvenation laser and seen the brilliant results myself therefore I know my sun spots react well to laser. Very disappointed with the Lumecca laser and the aftercare at Dr Jacks clinic.

There was some confusion over an order of mine- I ordered a £100 serum and was sent a £25 pounds cream instead. I have very poor cuticles as a result of anxiety and I tend to bite them. I am used to nail techs making a comment and telling me to stop. However, this woman, for 45 minutes, shook her head and said “her nails are a war zone” to the other worker thinking I didn’t speak the other language. She told me she has no idea what to do with my hands and I told her it’s okay, to do what she can, and she told me aggressively “it’s not okay.” This is very upsetting as I fully cannot help the reason I pick. I wish I could attach a photo, my fingers are not bad at all. I had one nail that bled.

Google Bad Review (2):  Was deliberating whether to write a review, as I have been a regular customer at this salon and was very happy the last 3 to 4 years. The quality started to deteriorate lately, everything is rushed, the pedicure was so poorly done. But you keep forgiving and thinking maybe the girl is new and learning.
Last drop was when the girl assigned to me started manicure for another client when I was 5 min late while lying to me that she is finishing. I waited with this every 5 min assurance from the receptionist for another 30 min. Then when the girl started working on me she told me she was pushed by the administration to give my time for the other client. It is so disrespectful, I haven’t experienced such complete disregard of obligation, customer care and commitment.
Do not recommend this salon. There are plenty in London, chose wisely.

Google Bad Review (2):  Paid to delete my review!! I recently left a review which stated that the clinic was nice and staff are friendly but after 6 sessions I had no results. I then got a call from a manager offering me two free sessions and explaining that with darker skin you need more sessions but she assured me I will see results. I accepted this and also said that I will buy more after the two free sessions. I then got an email from Giulia who said she had read my review and to make it up to me she would like to offer a refund. By the way I never at any time asked for a refund. I did not ask for one in my review, or when I spoke to any member of staff. Giulia just offered me one. I accepted. She then said I can only have the refund after I delete my review. So I deleted it, she refunded me, and then said she’d cancelled all my future sessions. I assumed she’d cancelled them because they were free, but after emailing her again she has been very clear that I am not welcome back at the clinic to even pay for any more sessions. I was never rude to anyone at any point, I have kept all the emails, and even in my review I said the staff were very friendly. But because I left a negative review saying I hadn’t seen results after 6 sessions, Giulia has now banned me from the clinic, stopped replying to my emails, and nobody at the clinic will return my phone calls either.

This is no different to going to a cafe, complaining and saying “this coffee is cold I’m not very happy with it”, one manager offers you a free coffee which you are happy with, then another manager offers you a refund so you are even more happy, but then takes away your free coffee, and tells you you can never come back to the cafe again. It’s ridiculous.

Also beware, that when you first go to the clinic, they send you emails offering you a discount if you leave an online review for them. They sent me many of these emails. I suspect this is why the clinic has so many positive reviews but who knows.

Google Bad Review 1:  I wanted to get a lip treatment done and sent in some photos for the team to assess. They told me they will get back to me but never do, I re-sent the photo they required on three occasions but there was no response. I even sent a follow up email. I tried to assume the best but if there still isn’t a response then this is just poor customer service at this point. I was genuinely considering treatment here but will go somewhere else. Disappointing.

They actually reply here than via email – I should have communicated my questions over the treatment here.

Edit: They’ve said they replied various times on online chat which is untrue as we communicated over email and yes there was communication *at the start* but the whole point behind this review is that they *stopped* responding after asking for another photo. Even to my follow up email. It is shocking to insinuate that I’m lying instead of taking accountability. Why would I post this review if they were communicating with me? Jessica also should’ve been the one to answer to this since the conversation was with her and if she’s the owner then what can I say, how delusional.

Google Bad Review 1:  I was very disappointed and upset with the staff and service at HCMedspa.  I asked for an eyebrow clean up with wax and thread however their beautician began threading my eyebrow beyond the touch up line to the point where she made them very thin and completely changed the shape.  This colleague did not apologise nor admit to their fault. A senior member of staff and another beutician then came to inspect my eyebrow and confirmed that the beautician had demolished my eyebrow. In order to create a symmetrical look I had to have my other eyebrow ammended in which it was made more thinner.  When I complained to HCmedspa head office about this I got a very rude reply that was not helpful nor apologetic. I was left feeling angry and dissatisfied that a professional place had such inadequate poor staff.  I was a regular client that went this clinc but would necer go back there again after this unpleasent experience.

Google Bad Review (2):  If you are looking to get rid of hyper-pigmentation do not waste your time here. Not only will you have your time wasted when they don't listen properly, they will try to up-sell you treatments that are completely unnecessary. I have given a recommendation below of how I got rid of my melasma on my upper lip.

I contacted to ask for a quote for laser removal of some hyper-pigmentation on my upper lip. I was given a quote that I could afford and so I traveled from South London. I was kept waiting for over half an hour, and then when I was seen they thought I was there for laser hair removal. My enquiry email was pretty clear, and straight away I felt it was likely they pretend to have mix ups to get people through the door.

After being seen by the first person I waited another half hour to see someone who dealt with hyper-pigmentation. They said a laser would not be successful which is fine. They suggested a £900 face peel which was nearly 9 times the cost of what I was originally quoted. When I said I could have saved myself a long trip and a wasted hour if they had read my email properly, they just carried on hard selling it to me.

The consultants keep giving me further and further discounts on treatment I don't want. I've since emailed to ask for a small 15% discount off another treatment by way of apology. We have been emailing now for months. I've explained I no longer need the hyper-pigmentation treatment but every email back is still trying to sell it to me.

They had an option to resolve things and make money from me via another treatment. I've been pretty reasonable and calm despite a lot of frustrating emails back and forth. What annoys me the most is I can see how little they care.

For anyone who has melasma that they wish to fade, you can talk to the assistants at The Ordinary (or other retailers exist). I spent about £30 on Vitamin C, Niacinamide 10 + zinc 1, Azelaic Acid and a factor 50 suncreen. It's been 3 months and I can barely see it anymore. Obviously seek proper advice on how to work these into your routine safely, and save your self a great deal of money.

Google Bad Review (2):  It’s the worst experience I have had in a skin clinic where based in Kings road charged me £1800 for only 5 sessions of LED only 20mins under the light treatment and 3 IPO. My skin had not improved but became worse. I was suffering from itching and redness for a whole week I called them I as told it’s normal. it’s unbelievable! I asked refund but they said it’s impossible to refund and they keep selling me other courses which is incredibly high cost compared with other clinics.
Don’t wast your money in this clinic.
Before you pay they will tell you that your everything promises but later it’s even difficult to get an appointment.
