Google Bad Review: Horrible experience! Went in for a 8-course laser treatment for my sideburns and saw minimal to no results by the end of it. I was absolutely appalled since I’ve spent so much money and time on this. The manager did not seem to care much and gave me a “it is what it is” kind of attitude! After arguing back and forth with her she offered me an additional complementary session which obviously again did nothing. I consider going for another laser course somewhere else in hopes that this time I get the results I pay for. It really is hard for me to believe, reading some positive reviews on here. According to the consultant I had all the necessary bases to guarantee good results. Will never go back there again.
