And it is not the same at other practices like receptionist suggested . I know this for a fact due to my occupation. How are the elderly expected to afford a 71 minute telephone call !! Google Bad Review:  Terrible service! I had planned to attend the Tuesday 4pm-6pm drop in and arrived at 4pm sharp only to be told that they were fully booked. How can they be fully booked for a drop in session that was advertised to start from 4pm when the patient has arrived on time. This was a complete and utter waste of time! I spent two hours travelling back and forth to attend this drop in. Surely if it is commonly fully booked shouldn't this be advertised publicly?

Google Bad Review:  It's 2022 and they pharmacy only takes cash payments.

I'm waiting for a new bank card and only managed to get some cash by borrowing from a flatmate. If my flatmate wasn't home I wouldn't have been able to collect my prescription until Thursday, which would have been too late. No customer service or empathy from the employees.

It's important for people to get their medication on time and these days most people pay using a smart device. Cash only payment at a pharmacy really isn't acceptable in 2022.

Will be switching nominated pharmacies with my GP ASAP. Not risking being unable to collect meds because of outdated payment systems.

(Edited to add – the only good experience is that my prescription wasn't ready at the time but the pharmacist prepared it super efficiently, so thank you to him.)

Google Bad Review:  I never complain about this type of thing but the attitude of the reception staff here is appalling. Aggressive, rude, unhelpful. I know many people around here with this experience and basically if you persevere you can get somewhere – but only if you're happy to be treated like dirt the whole time. Seriously worry for the many members of our community who don't have English as their first language, as can only assume they are getting an even more raw deal. This place is dreadful. NHS must intervene.

Google Bad Review:  They don’t even deserve a 1 star in my opinion it’s always hassle to get a appointment. On top of that you always have to wait pass your appointment time every time . I was finally seen by a nurse who had the cheek to answer there personal phone and have a conversation while I was in the room for my appointment. Not only that they didn’t even put my prescription through after going to the chemist continuously to collect after a week I went back into the surgery to be told my prescription was not put through and they would do it now and it would be available on the day I gave it another extra day and guess what yup the prescription was still not at the chemist absolutely disgusting unprofessional behaviour from yeading medical centre and after complaining they really don’t care !!!
