Google Bad Review:  The Reception communication of this Medical Center is very poor that wastes everyone's time visiting(with pre-planned appointments and for dropping off patient samples). Was Asked(phoned) to drop a urine sample to Reception, visited the Medical Center and their intercom Bell service circled in Red(see picture) doesn't work! Wasted 1 hour in the pouring rain to be heard whilst pressing the buzzer, hoping someone would pick it up. The car park is full, as I assume the practice is operational.
It's the Practice Owner's responsibility to ensure your Reception Intercom functionality is working and/or maintained. Replace the broken Bell with something that works, this is 2021 and not 1901!
I'm raising complaint via the Roxbourne Medical Center URL as the urine sample requested for a vulnerable patient is now useless, as we are unable to hand it over to your staff. Additionally your drop/letter box is not big enough to accommodate a urine sample bag supplied by the Roxbourne Medical Center.

The intercom Bell at the front has been non-operational for several weeks/months to date(of posting this 1 star review).
