Google Bad Review 1:  Don't trust them. They tell me my ex never contacted them for 2 weeks. I stopped mediation to go to court. But my ex did contact them and now I look like the fool that didn't want to try. After they told me nowhere will state I had cancelled the mediation and it will only be said it didn't work out. Now my ex bragging and showing me all the email that she had contact with them and that I was unwilling to do mediation. But meanwhile the mediators made me think she ignored them and never told me about my name would show as the one who stopped mediation and never once mentioned the reason I stopped. All fathers avoid this place!

Google Bad Review (2):  Horrendous service with appauling communication. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. And when you are going through an acrimonious split, customer service and speed is the essence. There are so many things that did go wrong but one of the main issues was that our mediator was not regularly available which meant long gaps in between sessions and meant Mediation was a slow, torturous affair that ended up being hugely expensive, not achieving anything and ending up with Lawyers. Avoid at ALL costs.
