Google Bad Review 1:  I had an appointment for 1400 or 2pm when my son and I turned up we were ignored by the sales staff who were just talking and laughing between themselves they all looked at us but just carried on I was there to look at and get a new mazda3 via motabilty so would have had to pay about £2000 to £2500 myself as the one we wanted was top of the range but after being ignored for 15/20 mins we left so their loss i would advise you to avoid them unless you enjoy wasting your time

Google Bad Review (2):  Watch out for dirty sales tactics!
Rather arrogant senior sales staff. Helping my elderly dad who is 78 years old to buy a car. Was told I would be given 1 years free servicing on the phone yesterday, whilst my parents were there viewing the car. It turns out the sales staff were waiting for me to turn up after travelling 2 hours to then let me down and say “sorry, we're not offering the free servicing”. Awful pressure sales technique. Told them to forget it, as that just made me feel like they were untrustworthy. They tried to tell me they are a family run business for over 60 years, well hopefully now with the internet people are able to leave honest reviews. I wasted so much time checking car insurance costs etc. planning to buy this car based on what I was told.

I have the conversation recorded if anyone at Mazda is interested.
