Google Bad Review 1: Visited during second trimester – beautiful clothes, but incredibly poor customer service. The customer service advisor reluctantly answered questions related to sizes. In fact she was remained seated for the duration of our visit, making us feel unwelcome.
Highly recommend the High Street Kensington store instead; staff are personable and helpful.

Google Bad Review (2): Walking into the store to find some items that could work during pregnancy with a bump at 8 months pregnant, there was a customer service attendant who was helpful, although the manager at the back of the store was complaining loudly about her job the entire time, so that was distracting when trying on clothes and the focus on the staff was their conversation – not helping the only customer in the store. For a maternity shop – the changing room is cramped – I would have expected a better experience. We then tried to use our NCT discount code and the manager was complaining about not having a printout – and refused to use the voucher, which over lockdown seems ridiculous. Finally the items that I wanted to purchase – they didn't only had single sizes, so I wasn't able to buy it in store. A wasted trip to try and buy what I needed to wear during the remaining time of my pregnancy and clearly the first and last time I will walk into a Seraphine store.
