Google Bad Review 1: I had my child in this daycare 2 years ago. We were doing part time. This daycare was the worst daycare. My child almost had diaper rash everytime, we asked to put cream, they never did.
Every few days I had to deal with different daycare worker. All the daycare workers were leaving left and right.
This daycare was very mismanaged even the supervisor went leave, and had to deal with two different supervisors.
I paid for two months in advanced, I asked for return my money, never got it.

Google Bad Review (2): After confirming with head office and the Richmond location about the advertised open house today (which is on their website – and not in the list of centre's that require a booking) , no one was there. Disappointing in the company's organization and communication. As well as, inconvenient when leaving the house is such a production with a baby.
