Google Bad Review 1:  Stay away from this company. I locked myself out today and rang them. An engineer turned up 20 mins later. I asked him to just try and let me into the front door of my building, but not to damage the lock. The engineer had a few dodgy tools and didn’t manage to open the door. I still paid 48£ and he left. Finally one of my neighbours came home, and then we found out the lock had been damaged by the locksmith and now everyone was locked out. In the end, we had to pay for another locksmith to come and replace the entire lock and cut 40 keys for the entire flats of the building. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!

Google Reviewer 2, Name (Bad Review):  Michelle Torrico

Google Bad Review (2):  Do NOT call this locksmith! The company is an absolute scam that takes advantage of desperate customers that are locked out of their flats! I called them and they came in 30min, however, they tried to open and said they COULD NOT OPEN IT due to a secure part in the lock. Then they offered me the option to BREAK THE ENTIRE LOCK AND REPLACE IT FULLY WITH 3 NEW KEYS for 400 POUNDS.
I was absolutely devastated, sent the locksmith away, and had to call another company DR LOCKSMITH who I waited 45 min on and then called me saying that THEY WORK WITH THE SAME ENGINEERS AND THAT HE HAD ALREADY BEEN AT MINE (247 Locksmiths) AND WANTED 400 pounds TOO! These companies are scammers and take advantage of customers in need. After declining again, I called London Locksmiths and he opened my door in 2 SECONDS USING A PIECE OF PAPER for 89 POUNDS! There was NO NEED TO PAY 400 POUNDS AND BREAK THE LOCK. They tried to scam me in paying a fortune! Never use this service! Immoral!
