Google Bad Review 1:  This guy is an absolute psycho I ended up having to call the police STAY WELL CLEAR!!!…. My appointment was booked for 12-1pm & he turned up, stayed for about 20mins & then said “he’s got other jobs” & doesnt know wot time he’ll be back maybe some time between 4 -7pm then he just left….He came back at around 4:30pm & gave me more waffle about how “he hasnt had his dinner” so hes going home & will try fix my key there & will be back in about an hour & a half! I was expecting for everything to be done & dusted by 1-2pm considering I’d booked the appointment the day before & he left me stuck at home all day waiting on him to show back up & actually complete the job & this isnt even the worst bit…..When he finally rocked back up after 7pm he said hes managed to fix my broken key but sadly in the process he had to “sacrife my remote locking” & now the key works but the remote doesnt & I have to manually open the door & when i want to lock it i have to lean over & lock the passengers side manually myself. I could not believe it! Not only had he messed me about all day, on top of this he’s now botched up the job & broken my remote locking in order to fix the key when there was nothing wrong with it before he touched it…..He then demanded I pay him for the full job of £130 after again him messing me about all day & for botching up the job by breaking my remote which has now caused me another problem, so I was no better off then before he came. When I refused to pay the full £130 I tried to express my point that this isnt acceptable & ask what is he going to do about my broken remote. I felt that it should definately be reflected & at the very least a price deduction is warranted as I now have to pay someone else to fix this problem that HE caused! He became very aggressive & walked towards me shouting “he’s done his best”. He physically snatched the key right out of my hands & scratched me in the process, I was absolutely mortified & quite shaken up I could not believe the audacity of this guy whose supposed to be providing a professional service & what he’d just done! He ripped open the key remote with a screwdriver & stole the chip & the electronic bits inside of it & handed it back to me completley empty. So I was left with nothing no key & no remote locking. I ran straight inside & called the police & told them what happened & how he had stolen the chip & electronic bits by forceably snatching them from me which resulted in him scratching me. They acted by instructing him to return them immediately& he had to hand them in at the local police station the following day & he received a warning regarding touching my person with force. The whole ordeal was shocking, intimidating & completely outrageous! He should be struck off for his shoddy workmanship & agressive behaviour. Ive learnt a very valuable lesson “stick to the professionals” u get what u pay for, give cowboys a very wide birth!!!

Google Bad Review (2):  Service aint really great, i had a problem with him before, also bad at answering his phone, he has cut my key wrong and after couldn’t get hold of him, not really friendly and seems like he doesn’t want to help you in any way, don’t recommend.
