Google Bad Review 1:  NEVER get your watch repaired here. I have had rude, truly terrible service from the shop both times now and will not be returning. Dropped off watch with the promise someone will call the following day. Nobody did. After me finally getting hold of them, they then denied all knowledge of my item. I have just had to physically go into the shop to pick it out and collect. No apology or explanation. Just rude. Particularly from the younger guy, who I have only ever dealt with. After one month of this, I now have the (still broken) watch back and will go elsewhere.

Google Bad Review (2):  I've had two experiences of this store which is local to me.

1. Repair of £300 handmade itallian shoes, sole and heel, shoes were great now I can barely walk in them, took them back for further adjustments and still uncomfortable charged an extortionate rate almost double what I've paid for the same elsewhere.

2. Popped in to buy some high heel ends since I didn't trust them to fix shoes after first experience with a view to doing it myself. Was rudely told I wasn't capable given the training required to be a cobbler.. Went home ordered 50 assorted parts ends on amazon and fixed heels in twenty mins with a pair of pliers and hammer. Good as new. Granted I probably couldn't do anything more complex!

Basically these guys are lucky to be an area where there's a lot of people with expensive shoes and a lot of money to waste on poor quality repairs. Also they are unpleasant to deal with
