Google Bad Review:  What a shame this branch do not honour their returns policy without an argument. I purchased an item, checking at point of purchase that it was ok to return it if it was the wrong size only to be told the next day when I came to return it that i could not. Some of the staff are helpful but most are not and will try and sell you the most expensive items regardless of whether you need them. I cannot speak for any other branches but there are two other local electrical shops – The Chiswick Lighting company and Group B on the Uxbridge road that are far better and won’t rip you off at the first opportunity.
