Google Bad Review 1: I have used Wrennalls carpet cleaning services several times in the past, and like the rest of the reviewers I have been very satisfied with their work, but not the last time.
The carpet cleaning (bungalow Lounge and hall) initially seemed, very satisfactory although the drying time was over an hour and half.
After about a month I started to notice soiled areas developing, particularly on trafficked and sitting areas. On the second month I contacted Wrennalls requesting that when they were in my area to check the carpet. Promise of a call back did not happen, same on my second call, same on my third call. On my fourth call I spoke to a lady who was very rude, but did promise to call me back, and as with the previous promises this did not happen.
Something has gone wrong with the cleaning process, the carpet is now dirtier than before the cleaning. For whatever reason the carpet is now contaminated with residues attracting dirt. Wrennalls will not examine the carpet to identify the problem. There appears to be no quality control in the Wrennalls organization

A small correction to your reply, I raised the problem with you after 2 months not 3 months as you stated.
We all have problems with the pandemic but still another 2 months has passed without any contact from you
This is very poor service when problems arise
