Google Bad Review:  Avoid at all costs if my experience is anything to go by. Their slow progress, poor communication and apparently utter contempt for clients and all in a housing chain meant it nearly collapsed. Everyone in the chain waited weeks and weeks for them to act and almost led to it collapsing when everyone else was ready. Complaints and efforts to speed things up were met with high handed disdain. Indeed even their staff were afraid to relay requests directly to the conveyancing solicitor. I've never seen such low standards in a ‘professional' services business. Whilst I've only experienced the effect of their conveyancing service as part of a chain, I can only assume that this attitude and poor service runs throughout the practice. My advice based on this is …. don't risk it.
