Google Bad Review: One of the worse places to seek legal help and advice in London, despite staff being somewhat nice on phone beforehand. They give misleading advice on the phone and only tell you later that they can't help you.
That's after you try to beat the outrageous queuing System outside their offices where they only see a select few who are admitted. When you arrive you, it's advisable to come at least two hours early, but even after you're seen be prepared for a waste of your time and disappointment. Also for customers, if your a landlord or issues with housing, who they initially tell you that they can help on the phone but later change their minds when you finally get to see them, don't seem so shocked as you been pre-warned from the reviews.
Take my advice pay for a cheap lawyer instead of the hassle of using this junkyard it's simply not worth it.
