Google Bad Review 1:  the website speaks completely the opposite from real life ,when i called today i had a very poor service i am not going to mention her name but within 2 minutes she told me as a valued customer to slow down not in a nice manner but loudly and then she repetedly told me £240 which i didn't get at all .instead of giving a proper professional service and be nice i do understand is friday probably been hectic for them the whole week there is no need for bad service .i will keep looking i think i will extend my search to seaside bournemouth or brighton they're more relaxed i believe ,bit disapointed i must admit i think you should stay on a furlough imho.

Google Bad Review 1:  The worst solicitors I have ever had to deal with, I had handed them my personal injury matter months ago(5 months ago), they’ve managed to pay me a small amount for my car but nothing for my injury. They offered me a small amount which is less than I’ve been offered. I have also brought them business by other people whom have had personal injury claims. They’ve been hard to reach, they’ve been unable to contact, they pass you from person to person. I don’t know who my caseworker is, whom I am dealing with. I have only managed to speak to the rude receptionist a few times in which she has put me through to people that have no idea what they’re doing or what stage my case it at. Extremely frustrating and inefficient. 4 other people I know also have had similar experiences, We will definitely be chasing this further and taking them to court for thier behvour and conduct with clients. Would not recommend, avoid at all costs.

Google Bad Review 1:  An old fashioned solicitors firm that operates with outdated procedures. The problem is too many miscommunications and mistakes from staff. We brought a house and used this firm on the advice from our estate agent. I was not given any details of the solicitor dealing with the case except his email address. Nearly all the enquiries from the client are dealt with the solicitors admin staff. You email the solicitor, the solicitor does not respond to your enquiries by email instead he (Martyn Santer) records his response on a dictaphone machine and then passes the tape over to his admin staff who then type out the response (after listening to the tape) and then the admin staff send out an email back to the client. Problem is this process can take a few days by the time you hear back from them and they make too many mistakes and typos especially with regards to dates. Worse still, they ask you to sign all documents in person in their office which I later found out most other law firms don't do these days. They mislead me by offering me a fixed price service from the start but instead they charged me by the minute which worked out twice the amount from what they quoted at the beginning. When I went to their office a lady called Chris Loader opened the door, no greeting or anything just opened the door and went back to her desk. Whilst waiting I could hear Chris continously using horrible foul language on the phone to someone in open office (appeared to be a personal call rather than work related). A very rude and unprofessional individual with no manners. In summary poor overall service and I do not recommend this service.
