Google Bad Review 1:  I instructed Simon from Milner Elledge for a financial settlement matter, and it was the worst experience.

Firstly, they ignored my e-mails from January for over 2 months, and then tried to use Coronavirus as an excuse, when Coronavirus hadn’t even started.

Secondly, I had a hearing in 15 January and I requested a copy of the court order numerous times from Simon but never received it. I finally received it from the court on 3rd June and was shocked to learn they had January and February deadlines but nothing was ever worked on, again it’s before Coronavirus.

They are aware that I am borrowing this money for this case and have always made payments straightaway when requested.

Now my case has been adjourned by over a year because of their lack of work.

Totally shocking. Avoid at all costs. Deserves zero stars.

Google Bad Review (2):  Horrible poor denigrating arrogant Matthew failed at representing me in london family courts, abandoned help 48 hours in prior! I never had my statement nor exhibits validated by this Matthew Miklaucich sollicitor. I had to do all on my own. I was still injured in eyea, back brain these people had no respect. Matthew was very aggressive in his emails to me when requesting an appointment, he Kept at postponing appointments pretending he had childcare obligations in prior and rejected helping or just wanted to dedi ate very minimal amount time on my case. Gave me unrealistic appointments a hell experience as I found it difficult to travel to Romford, also he gave unrealistic offers of conta t tgat was only suitable for him, call me at 6 am as he initiated his day at 3am!!! Unrealistic as I was injured !!!. I had to do all on my own had no support from them! Rude Sollicitor Director, to my impression, did not value his cases, his customers, situational complex factors,very judgemental, only interested by legal aid money but not by human aspects. I reported hom to different Courts, to theJudge as I had to request an adjournment thar had been rejected and I had to appear as Litigant in Person. I felt once again having been terribly poorly treated by greedy young sollicitors. Do not go there. His staff is even more incompetent; ladies called Brenda appeared to be OK at first contact on 6 june 2022 but was evil next day by smashing door against me with my paperwork with no protection to damage all file, never understood my technical issues, her colleague Charlotte or Georgia not sure her name was eating a huge meal confortably sitting on her couch at the door whilst waiting in cold outside at the door, rude digital contacts, never picking phone when calling to let know travel delay or request to change. I did not enjoy my experience in Romford office. I regret so much having entered in conta t with this office. do not go there they will let you down and take all your time for giving peanuts back and make your situation worse. I will not even put a star if that option was available: -10 on a scale between -10 to +10.
