Discovered over a year later they had failed to hand over some important documentation to my property manager like they were meant to, leaving me with large back-dated bills all of a sudden. When challenged, Ola Leslie could not produce evidence that they had ever transfered this documentation, and when pushed to take some responsibility they stopped replying to my emails altogether… Would not reccommend their services to anyone.

It took them too long to assist us and charged us £900 for preparing a generic contract/Staff handbook which wasn't specific to our company and seemed as though it was a generic copy they had. When we requested amendments which required copy and pasting from what we have on our website and sent it in an email and requested to change staff names to their titles only they charged us £1800 (this included a less than 10 minute phone on legal advice). When we disputed this we were given no assistance and referred to the debt collection team. We as a company will never be using their services again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Google Bad Review 1:  Contacted this firm twice in February 2019 regarding Harassment, based on the reviews online, and expecting them, based on those reviews, to be helpful. I emailed them, rather than phoning, since I am hearing impaired. First a week went by with no response whatsoever, so I emailed them again, and am STILL yet to hear anything from them whatsoever. So, I can only presume this firm are either rude, incompetent, or have gone out of business. What other reasons could there possibly be, for a firm of solicitors to TOTALLY IGNORE enquiries from potential clients contacting them? I guess I'll never know, but given that people seeking help from solicitors are generally not doing so for fun, I find this response or lack thereof, as it actually is, and having my time totally wasted, for no good reason, not indicative of great service or attitude towards clients, hence my one star review.
I emailed as asked to below, twice, over weeks, and STILL received no response whatsoever. So sadly my review remains, except clearly this firm has NOT gone out of business and just doesn't bother to answer multiple enquiries.

Google Bad Review (2):  I've rated this with 1 star as i can't give it a zero rating !!

I needed a proof of life declaration for my 78 year old fathers italian pension. i called Mullis Peake in advance to be told they can witness the form .. we went there, armed with proof of identity, proof of address etc and were told “no we can't witness this” ..

not a good service .. i will not seek to use Mullis Peake again.

Google Bad Review (2):  The service was atrocious. It took them too long to assist us and charged us £900 for preparing a generic contract/Staff handbook which wasn't specific to our company and seemed as though it was a generic copy they had. When we requested amendments which required copy and pasting from what we have on our website and sent it in an email and requested to change staff names to their titles only they charged us £1800 (this included a less than 10 minute phone on legal advice). When we disputed this we were given no assistance and referred to the debt collection team. We as a company will never be using their services again and would not recommend them to anyone.
