Google Bad Review 1:  This place does not even deserve a 1 start but I have to let other people know what horrible ‘experts’ work there which have no clue about customer service and shoe repairs. I brought in boots to be reheeled and paid £20 upfront, everything seemed like it was going fine. A few days later I came back to collect them and noticed that the added heel was too small as I know when I bought these boots the heel was much higher, I told the man who appearantly repairs the shoes there (he don’t, they send it off to be repaired somewhere else) that the added heel is definetly too small as I know that when I originally bought them the heel was much higher and he tried to persuade me that I’m wrong and that he knows what he’s doing (even though they send the shoes to be repaired somewhere else) and told me to come back if I have any problems. So I wore them out for 1 day and of course they were uncomfortable as the heel is too small so I found some old pictures of me wearing the boots and it can be clearly seen that the heel is higher so I brought them back on Monday, showed them the pictures, they said they will send it back and make the heel higher and that it should be done by Wednesday. I come back on a Thursday and they are not done, I’m told they will be done by tomorrow. I come back next week on a Monday and they are still not done so when I finally come back on a Wednesday they are there and the heel seems fine but the previously mentioned man insists that they were fine when he ‘repaired’ them for the first time and had the audacity to imply that I photoshopped the images to make the heel look higher. He then asked me to pay another £10 and when I insisted I am not paying a penny more he said “I thought you might say that” and just dismissed me! Absolutely disgraceful, this business needs an inspection and major changes in their customer service policy!

Google Bad Review (2):  Went back to these guys for some alterations after years of avoid them, thinking they may have improved but it’s the same story. If you ask them to do one thing, they will do something different and waste your time and their time by trying to redo it again. Even if you tell them, if they can’t do what you need just leave it alone, they will do it anyway and ruin your clothes. I don’t understand this mentality and they will try to tell you they have never faced this before ever in their whole life. Also, their stitching is all over the place, wonky or many random stitch is trying to meet another after their poor attempt to fix it.

Do not recommend this place at all.
