Google Bad Review 1:  The worst staff on this particular morning. No friendly welcome just lots of moaning and deep breaths as if they didn't want to be there.

I asked for what I needed but the person serving could not help so called over their senior who then proceeded to tell me that he had never heard of a pfh card in his life, A complete lie as we use BUILDBASE all around London everyday, with no issues.

Its a pity as builders are busy and time is valuable, so very bad staff like this can really hurt a business like buildbase as customers won't return and will go elsewhere….. Which is exactly what we have done. Thanks jewsons

Google Bad Review (2):  Very bad experience altogether I'm afraid. High prices, and lethargic yard staff as standard, and on most recent visit was ignored by the counter staff for 20 mins whilst he begged business off a builder who was already served and therefore talking about a hypothetical ‘deal of the century' on his NEXT unspecified time in the future. So I for one, wouldn't recommend anyone trying to BUILD a BASE for their business relying on this place at all.

Google Bad Review 1:  You have to give a minimum of 1 star in order to write a review on here. If I could give this place a zero I would.

Was there yesterday and for the second time in a row I was in their yard and was wondering round for over 15 minutes trying to find someone to serve me even though a number of staff walked passed me and all told me to ask someone else they was too busy to help. I then asked to speak to the yard Forman to make a complaint. The guy I spoke to had a really strong smell of cannabis coming from him. I couldnt tell if he had been smoking it or had it in his pocket but the smell was over powering.

At the time I had my young some with me.

If a company is happy to employ someone who you can clearly smell drugs coming off him and must be smelt by everyone who works there. They can keep there family values.

Defiantly will be using another company.
