Google Bad Review 1: I was hoping and expecting to give this company an excellent review as they keep my neighbours garden looking excellent. That though is as far as it goes.
As I'm looking to have my garden landscaped and kept tidy I got their telephone number from my neighbours. It took many calls and many messages to speak to someone and eventually someone got back to me. She said, she would need to speak to her husband and find out when he would be in London and when he would be able to discuss what needs to be done etc. and that she would call me back in five minutes.
One month on I still haven't received a call even though I've tried contacting them again many times but my calls are never answered. I've also used their websites form but still nothing.
I understand that they may have too much of a workload to fit me in but if that is the case a simple call informing me of that would suffice but I haven't heard from them at all.
I can't understand why they don't have the decency to let a prospective customer know that they are unable to provide a service at the moment. Now you know why I've given such a bad rating.
Since placing this review I have been contacted. Hopefully my review will be amended at a later date.
