Google Bad Review 1:  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY LET ME DOWN TWICE!!

I called them last Monday to confirm they were coming to fit a loft window the following day and was told the fitter Stuart was off all week and could fit it on Saturday instead.
I agreed and cleared the loft out so he could have room to do the work.
I was told Stuart would arrive between 10-11 but he never showed up.
I called the Companies mobile number but there was no answer.
Now me and my wife have wasted our time we have boxes all over the house and no window installed.
And no phone call from them to explain why they did not come.
What a waste of time.
I will now find another company who would like my business.
