Google Bad Review 1: I have been using Sunbed Studios for a long time now. Is was good, no complaining. Last Monday i went at 9am to use the Sun Angel i felt the heat straight away by the time i finish my 21 minutes i already saw the colour on me i was all happy. Today Monday September 20th i went at 9am to use the Sun Angel again which i booked already from last Monday when i used, very disappointed the Sunbed was cold i didn't feel the heat at all, for the whole time i was in the bed, i had 4 minutes left when the Sunbed control said, we reducing the facial ventilation and the lights went off completely. I got out from the bed i got dressed and i told Sarah the reception lady and she didn't believe. She start question if i had turn the fan off, and then she said ohh because you the first one that's why was cold. Not helpful at all, i was waiting for her to say I'm sorry for all of this, we can give you refund or will give you another 10 minutes to use another bed. So technically i lost my £18. Total £25 with the cream and the sunbed tan shot. Very upset and disappointed. Will i go back again NO, i will take my money somewhere else where hopefully i will get better service.

Google Bad Review (2): Used to be brilliant. Going down hill last couple yrs, tubes not always hot, when they are you see a noticeable difference., Most of the beds have problems, VG not working, cant turn facial tanner down, cant increase volume, climate button never works, staff changes quite frequently these days and quite unfriendly now. Ask to speak to the manager get fobbed off. Not a great place anymore but because its easy Parking its viable still
