Google Bad Review 1: Do not trust this company and stay away from them. They say trust us we don’t lie but it’s all lie. First they’ve charged me £150 when I’ve tried to return the car as he said the mirrors have to be done even though it wasn’t my fault. They don’t do thorough checks on cars when giving them out and then charge you when you are trying to return it. Someone had hit me and it was entirety the other person’s fault and he knew about it and made me pay an excess fee as apparently I was meant to pay till the case is solved which is another complete lie!! He used that money for himself and didn’t give it to insurance as he couldn’t prove he had any letter requesting that! So when it came to claim my deposit he just said that I owed him money for mirrors and for that excess fee.
I’ve been trying to call and message to get an update but nothing. He said he so ll give my money back for the excess fee that I’ve paid but still no update.
It seems like they’ve blocked me and took my money which is unacceptable! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
They give you a car that a tyre is gone and they don’t check the car and when you bring it back say you done it when you haven’t.
This is not a professional company and try everything to rip money off you!!!

Google Good Review: Best car hire service on the market, very flexible, professional, nderstanding and they have a good clean fleet of cars as well. I would definitely recommend them for PCO car hire.
