Google Bad Review 1:  Just called to ask about a day date 40 and spoke to a very lazy, depressing, miserable lady on the phone who just wanted to cut the phone as soon as she could and not answer any questions with a brat, not bothered attitude.

I asked very politely
what the price of a watch i saw on c24 was if i was to buy direct from them and she lied and said “your only allowed to buy on c24”

when i asked her if she's serious as i know they sell direct,.. she then suddenly changed her mind and said “yes, you can buy direct” in a brat, not bothered voice. I then had to end the call as i do not want to spend 70k with such a rude company.

If any management or company owners read this.. Please tell her to fix up her stinky attitude as she will ruin your company image, lose you money and make people dislike you.

I am an employer myself and would never ever hire someone like her and if i did by mistake, i would sack her ASAP.

Truely disgusting attitude.

Google Bad Review (2):  THE WORST and MOST UNPLEASANT customer service I had ever experienced!

I won’t ever go back and won’t buy anything from H&Y Jewellery store on Beachampb place.

Negative energy – very unprofessional, rude and unfriendly sales people.

I am jewellery collector and certified gemologist, so I do examine product before I buy it.

When I asked for the loupe 10X to examine the stone sales assistant was surprised and couldn’t understand why do I need the tool.

After I was given the loupe I asked for more light that wasn’t provided on the table so therefore I was going to look at the stone standing close to the light that was flashing from the shelf window right in the same place without going anywhere. I did explained this to her.

I was RUDELY ORDERED immediately to sit down and told that I am not allowed to walk in store with a ring in my hands.
Basically I was treated like a potential thief not customer.

Please note that store has double safe lock doors that must be open and closed manually only by employees. There was no chance I could have escaped.

After this poor manner and unprofessional attitude I absolutely lost any interest in having any business with this people.
