Google Bad Review 1: Spent a week waiting for some progress, and all they said was to give me an update about repairing asap. No message no info given till the last day, and btw which I am the one who asked them about the progress. They replied: Unfortunately we haven't been able to repair the operating system and we will need to reinstall Windows 10.
We can do this and copy your personal data back to the laptop (any applications will need to be reinstalled).
p.s. they promised they can fix it when I asked them from the beginning
