Google Bad Review 1:  I'm surprised to see reviews from individual who claims to use this company to recycle a laptop or a phone for free. Maybe this is part of the paid promotion. My quote was £195+VAT to recycle laptop with a charger and a phone.

Google Bad Review (2):  I wanted to dispose 2 old laptops with chargers and an old iphone. They advertise most of their disposals as ‘free of charge' on their website but I have been quoted £195 plus VAT. I am surprised to read some comments here that a similar disposal was organised completely free of charge. It would be one star for a misleading info but I am giving an extra star for a quick response to me emails. Overall disappointed.
