Google Bad Review: Terrible experience while trying to get into the bar. I’m not from the UK, and had a group of friends already inside the bar. When I showed up, they wouldn’t let me in because they “don’t allow single people to enter the bar”. So I asked if I could grab my friends WHO I COULD SEE THROUGH THE BAR WINDOW, but they wouldn’t let me. So I had to wait outside for a while because my international plan didn’t allow me to call, and it’s hard for anyone to hear the text message notification in the bar. And this entire time, the security guards were pretty rude. Finally got it, and the bartenders weren’t that much better.
I know management is going to apologize and ask how they can make it better next time – literally fire your security staff. Everyone inside the bar was super rude as well. Never experienced this at any other place in London, and will not be back even though this is the closest place to me. There’s much better places within a few blocks.
