Google Bad Review (2):  The most terrible service I have ever experienced. Outwardly they seem very nice and helpful, but via email they are extremely condescending. I hired them some time in June 2017 to do my wedding invites and it is now mid march 2018 and nothing has been done.

They constantly make mistakes like sending the wrong artwork to the engravers or accidentally shading the artwork the wrong colour.

What’s worse is that I had to personally source everything on their behalf. I had to hire the calligrapher and the hand engraver myself because they couldn’t do it.

Even making a seal they made a mistake (the circle of the seal was not complete, as in literally a gaping hole in the circle) which I had to point out myself.

At this point, I honestly rather head to my local gift shop and buy wedding Invites.
