Google Bad Review 1:  Awful, incompetent company, avoid at all costs.
They walked out half way through the job with no warning, leaving us with no kitchen and no sink just before Christmas. The whole kitchen floor was bouncy due to flooring badly laid on an uneven base, despite us paying over £1k for them to level it in its entirety. It meant the flooring needed to be pulled up and rebought and the screed needed redoing as it wasn't level.
When we got new builders in to complete the work, they found the electrics done by SDR needed redoing. The floor levelling they begrudgingly redid before walking out was so badly done that it could be lifted up like a carpet and needed to be completely removed in order to be done properly.
This situation was clearly to do with their level of competence not being up to the job despite being given a full run down of the job months earlier, and rather than try to fix their poor work it was easier for them to walk out.
We are extremely disappointed with the quality of work they carried out, their poor communication and lack of empathy that means they are happy to walk out on customers with no warning. All we asked was that they redid work that was clearly bad quality, they acted in a childlike manner and walked out.
I hope this review helps someone avoid the horrible situation we were left in by them.
