Google Bad Review 1:  Have used kloss twice and second time round the wall papering was very poorly executed and had to be redone. They don't offer a paint matching service just bog standard Johnston paint which has a limited colour palette. Customer service is good as they fixed the shabby workmanship. But there is no creative eye or communication from the people doing the job. i still have wallpaper with a pattern that is off center and anyone who sees it always comments on it. Really bugs me now. Could have done a better job myself and saved nearly 2k. I will not be using again.

Google Bad Review (2):  Poor workmanship – definitely avoid. Paint dripped on several surfaces that were not supposed to be painted. Paint all over light switches. Skirting boards and woodwork not prepped or sanded. Several runs of new paint and improperly prepared walls meant job would all need to be done again.

Had to intervene half way through job to complain and then eventually cancel as they thought the work was “ok”. Job was subcontracted to a freelance decorator (were promised two people) – so you're not paying for quality, just the middle man's salary.

So far unable to claim any of money we paid for first stage of decorating (for sanding and prepping of walls, which didn't happen).
