As a company, we run over 100 events a year and the work of Seasonedevents at Tower Bridge stands out as the most poorly organised . Below are a few highlights:

– No one to greet us when we arrived. Nothing set up, no one to tell us where to go, no one to give us access to other parts of the venue to put up our branding, etc. We didn’t see the Seasonedevents rep until 30 minutes after our clients started arriving. The function sheet was very clear that we were to have access from 17.00 to put up branding. We weren’t let in until 17.45 and still no support, guidance or even politeness.
– Security staff and tour guides were not briefed, the staff on the ground had no idea what was supposed to happen. One of the tour guides was downright rude. It was utter confusion
– We contracted for 4 guides. There were only two. They were also promised to come up to the walkways for the first 20 minutes after 19.00. They did not go near the walkways.
– We requested (beforehand) a table in reception. It was not there. When it came, we requested a black table cloth as the table was not presentable. It took 45 minutes for you to bring one. This was all on the function sheet.
– Tours were an absolute mess – half of our clients where put in a holding area and we were told a tour guide was coming only to be told five minutes later the tour guides went home
– Lift staff were unprofessional and weren’t briefed on what was going on. The lift would arrive on the ground floor, open and they said ‘yeah, come up if you want…’
– Video wasn’t working. After telling the team I gave up.
– Furniture on the walkway came with large ‘flammable warning’ tags. It looked ridiculous. Guests were pulling them off making a joke.
– Food was mostly cold, cheese sticks were soggy, all the snacks ran out quickly and the tiny bowls weren’t topped up. The canapés all came out cold and had tiny serving sizes (even for canapés). The rest of the food was mediocre.
– The attitude was, ‘it wasn’t my fault ’

All in all, the organisation was on the level of a village hall.

Google Bad Review (2):  Our wedding was held at Tower Bridge in September 2017. It was greatly spoiled by the very poor service we received from Tower Bridge Events/seasoned events-The Perfect Wedding Company. We would not recommend them to anyone. The venue did not close to the public until much later than our given time to set up for our wedding, furniture was still being set up long after our guests arrived which threw all timings for the wedding and reception out of sync meaning dinner was very late, the band could not play a full set and guests were already leaving as the cake was cut, music was not played as planned, champagne was served to only some of the guests for the toast, the manager was extremely rude, we could go on. It was very embarrassing for us and spoiled our special day. Almost a year after our wedding, tower bridge events wrongfully continue to display photos of our private wedding for their own marketing purposes (including photos of the bride and groom) without any permission from us on most social media platforms. After my most recent complaint about this, they promised someone will contact us. It is now 6 weeks later and still no one has been in touch despite reminders. Any comments we make about the wrongful useful of our photos or the poor service we have received are deleted from the social media platforms by Tower Bridge Events.

PA was not great for the venue size.

When Tanhid was confronted he just got defensive, talking about his experience in the wedding business (true coward), should have taken responsibility and found a solution, all talk no action, acting like he knew it all, should learn more about customer service. Tanhid who acts like the manger but he's just an empty suit who thinks he knows everything, but trust me doesn't, avoid this empty suit.

I do recommend this venue but bring your own catering service as this is the only downfall,
Further they like to butter you up and sweet talk you to invest your trust in them, unfortunately this has only resulted in disappointment.

Google Bad Review (2):  No sense of professionalism or communication amongst staff. Paid deposit only to get a call later on saying that they didn't know the date had been previously booked. The staff clearly don't communicate with one another. We had to wait nearly a well for them to initially call to cony the date was free only for it to not be free a couple of days later. Really disappointing

Google Bad Review (2):  Had an afternoon tea and spa afternoon, the afternoon tea was fine but the staff weren't very attentive and as you couldn't go up to the bar it was hard to get anyones attention when you needed anything. The spa itself was very busy and certainly no social distancing, in fact one large group were sharing beds as there wasn't enough! We were in the spa approx 4 hours and even though there were cup lids and dirty towels on the floor and several of the toilets didn't have any toilet rolls in them, this wasnt addressed. I would expect this to have been picked up in a cleaning regime in normal times let alone when we are in the middle of a pandemic!

Google Bad Review 1:  I used this company to improve my house and it was the worst mistake I made. A job which was quoted 6 months to finish is still continuing after 20 months due to the incompetence of the owner Tracey Hatch. She overcharges you buy using inferior materials but she charges are for the high quality ones which you asked for and she will not let you see the receipts to justify her charge.
You would think after 20 years that she would employ trusted tradesmen who she had used many times but she will use anyone as long as they can get her out of the mistakes she makes. If you knew that when you order material which takes 3 months to supply you not order them at the end of the job and when it arrives it is the wrong size.
You would then expect an apology but then your phone calls are not answered unless you contact her on a number she does not recognise.
This is a warning to everyone out that you should stay away from this company.

As a company, we run over 100 events a year and the work of Seasonedevents at Tower Bridge stands out as the most poorly organised . Below are a few highlights:

– No one to greet us when we arrived. Nothing set up, no one to tell us where to go, no one to give us access to other parts of the venue to put up our branding, etc. We didn’t see the Seasonedevents rep until 30 minutes after our clients started arriving. The function sheet was very clear that we were to have access from 17.00 to put up branding. We weren’t let in until 17.45 and still no support, guidance or even politeness.
– Security staff and tour guides were not briefed, the staff on the ground had no idea what was supposed to happen. One of the tour guides was downright rude. It was utter confusion
– We contracted for 4 guides. There were only two. They were also promised to come up to the walkways for the first 20 minutes after 19.00. They did not go near the walkways.
– We requested (beforehand) a table in reception. It was not there. When it came, we requested a black table cloth as the table was not presentable. It took 45 minutes for you to bring one. This was all on the function sheet.
– Tours were an absolute mess – half of our clients where put in a holding area and we were told a tour guide was coming only to be told five minutes later the tour guides went home
– Lift staff were unprofessional and weren’t briefed on what was going on. The lift would arrive on the ground floor, open and they said ‘yeah, come up if you want…’
– Video wasn’t working. After telling the team I gave up.
– Furniture on the walkway came with large ‘flammable warning’ tags. It looked ridiculous. Guests were pulling them off making a joke.
– Food was mostly cold, cheese sticks were soggy, all the snacks ran out quickly and the tiny bowls weren’t topped up. The canapés all came out cold and had tiny serving sizes (even for canapés). The rest of the food was mediocre.
– The attitude was, ‘it wasn’t my fault ’

All in all, the organisation was on the level of a village hall.

Google Bad Review (2):  Our wedding was held at Tower Bridge in September 2017. It was greatly spoiled by the very poor service we received from Tower Bridge Events/seasoned events-The Perfect Wedding Company. We would not recommend them to anyone. The venue did not close to the public until much later than our given time to set up for our wedding, furniture was still being set up long after our guests arrived which threw all timings for the wedding and reception out of sync meaning dinner was very late, the band could not play a full set and guests were already leaving as the cake was cut, music was not played as planned, champagne was served to only some of the guests for the toast, the manager was extremely rude, we could go on. It was very embarrassing for us and spoiled our special day. Almost a year after our wedding, tower bridge events wrongfully continue to display photos of our private wedding for their own marketing purposes (including photos of the bride and groom) without any permission from us on most social media platforms. After my most recent complaint about this, they promised someone will contact us. It is now 6 weeks later and still no one has been in touch despite reminders. Any comments we make about the wrongful useful of our photos or the poor service we have received are deleted from the social media platforms by Tower Bridge Events.
