Google Bad Review (2):  I was sadly disappointed. Although it has a good ratings and reviews, the vegetarian dishes leave a lot to be desired.
Having raisins in a curried dish doesn't appeal except maybe to a western palette. And the mushroom dish had big mushrooms that I could not even cut with the knife.
Apart from that, the surroundings are nice, just like being in a library.

Google Bad Review 1:  The food was not that delicious according to the price. The waiters had slot of attitude as well. We weren't even given napkins for a start and when I asked for some I was asked how many I wanted.They took a lot of time to serve the food. Paid a £300 bill but I wish I had gone somewhere else for a better experience for that kind of money.

Google Bad Review (2):  We came here with a group. Considering the location of the place and the ambience, I was hoping for a class A experience. The waiters have an attitude, very abrupt in their response with no smiles at all. The plate below was served to us with veggies that you would expect from a street shop in India. I would have fired my head chef for serving this kind of plate to customers paying ££ for their up class food. Very disappointed. Do yourself a favour, take the tube and go to south hall to enjoy some awesome Indian/Pakistani food and that too at much lower price and better customer service.

Google Bad Review 1:  I went there last night, if I could give this no stars I would, I had the buffet, simply awful. The place looks very run down, the so-called bargain isn't when you have to pay extra for a starter or nan bread, the food was bland, tasteless, and not apertising. The onion bhajis were soft and just fell apart, the staff looked un-interested and most of the customers looked like they were from benefit Street. Avoid at all costs.

Google Bad Review (2):  I would highly recommend not to eat or order from this place. Last night I placed an order from this restaurant and the expected delivery time was 40-45 mins on just eat. It then got delayed a further 30 mins by the restaurant and still had not reached me so I called up to enquire about my delivery and got told it would be an additional 10 mins. I understand sometimes delays occur due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances but it took a total of 2hrs and 8mins for it to reach me after my order was placed and I was given rubbish customer service from the staff. The person on the phone lied to me about the delivery time and could not keep me updated on the location of my delivery which I think is unfair and unreasonable. When the delivery driver finally arrived he didn't even give me an apology and instead tried arguing with me and caused a scene in front of others as well as calling me a liar claiming I didn't order when I said I did. Luckily, a helpful member from just eat was on the phone to me at the time and heard the whole conversation and rectified the problem for me so a big thumbs up to Alex from just eat. When the food arrived, my naan breads were cold and hard; the biryani tasted like plain pilau rice with a few bits of chicken; my chicken, lamb and prawn curries tasted like they all shared the same masala and was buried in tomato purée. So in conclusion, the service, the food and the delivery all deserve half a star. Save yourself the trouble please.

Google Bad Review 1:  Food was nice. Okra was a little salty. However the reason for giving this 1* is the horrendous service. Within 8 mins of sitting at the table we had been asked when the last member of our party was arriving, and reminded that we had the table for 1.5 hours. It wasn’t the warmest of welcomes. They then proceeded to tell us again that we had only 15 mins left shortly after we had started eating. We were then still eating when the bill was presented, and the waitress came to take payment and asked us to leave. We hadn’t finished our food or drinks. It feels to me that this place is more focused on turnover of customers to maximise their revenue than it is in providing genuine enjoyable customer experience which is disappointing. I won’t be returning for this reason, the food is not good enough to warrant the poor level of rushed, rude, abrasive service we experienced.

Google Bad Review 1:  I was out from London Zoo and looking for a place to dine nearby. I was kind of deceived by the google rating of 4.2. However, I think there is something going on with this restaurant that is either management issues or post COVID crisis.
There was only one waitress who happens to do almost every thing. He was trying to catch up and multitask but with a lot of mistakes. Everything takes so long to happen. I have to wait a bit for him to pay my check. The price is extremely over the quality of the food and service. Some items in the menu are not available. Do not ask for ice, because they do not have it. Therefore, you have to accept almost room temperature Cola.

Google Bad Review (2):  I have a tastecard for this restaurant and I told them in advance which they agreed I have 50% off. Then after the bill came they told me they don't do the tastecard scheme anymore because of the new government scheme. Which is utter bs since the new government scheme shaves off £20 off a bill, whereas with tastecard (that I've paid for) I would get £45 of my bill. The food wasn't even that good and we got charged loads when they straight up lie about their discounts beforehand. Waste of money.

More than the price one pays in top class restaurant. on top it is not eatable food. The chef is inexperienced. They cook the food previous day. Even mini papadum is served out of packets from cash and carry. costing £3.50. They have to be expensed to public.

Google Bad Review 1:  We’ve enjoyed many good curry’s from here. Yesterday night was very disappointing, as was the manager. Curry was badly prepared. Please note, we’ve phoned them before to compliment on great food. So this time our comments were met with disdain. They would do nothing about correcting the poor food. The manager reckoned he had no control over the chef and his quality. They would not do the dish again. The manager appeared to be completely powerless and was utterly unhelpful. So disappointing when we loved this place and will not get back.

Google Bad Review 1:  Working away in Bromley, searched for local curry houses and this curry house was in the top 3 searches. Went to walk in after we were told to come in and sit down for then someone behind the bar, I'm assuming the owner/manager to turn around and tell us we're not welcome because we are in work clothes. Clearly dont like working class people and must have to live on benefits or some sort to enter this restraunt. Avoid.
