Google Bad Review 1:  If your case is a bit more complicated than an average one, they still charge you £495 at the very beginning but after a little while without sharing all the possible options with you and really trying to help you with getting a mortgage they simply say they can't deal with the case anymore so as they are unable to get you a mortgage, you still need to find another, a proper broker and pay again to get a mortgage… So I wouldn't say it's acceptable customer service, and would not recommend them, especially not Adam Long to anyone who doesn't want to waste their money and precious time.

Can't reply to your answer but I think you should ask for all the relevant info before you promise you can get a mortgage to the customer and tell them you can't help if it's not possible and NOT charge £495 for nothing!!! I found myself in the situation that I had to buy a property I loved and I'd been renting for 6 years. The landlord had to sell it urgently….
