Google Bad Review 1: Unreliable company. They failed to turn up on the agreed day last week. I had to wait a week for another appointment and they didn’t turn up on that day either. Both days I’d taken time off work unpaid. Both times they offered me no explanation.
I phoned the mobile number they provide to ask how this had happened twice and was rudely asked if I was on their ‘blacklist’, the suggestion being that this might be the reason for their failure to collect from me?! I’m a new customer and have never used this company before.
I was then bluntly told that they would not be completing the job at all and was hung up on before I could respond. Really upsetting experience all round and very unprofessional.
They’ve wasted my time and lost me work twice and showed no concern at all. The good reviews on here were what made me book this company but they don’t correlate with my experiences with them at all.
