They don't advise you correctly and gives you false hope about the case. This firm have no knowledge whatsoever and will just keep you in dark the whole time and when they don't understand what to do- they will tell you to stand for yourself. Please I request you to avoid this firm it will waste your time and money with no results at all. I have seen the result with my own eyes and its very shameful they are still running. Google Bad Review (2):  These muppets represent the people buying my house. They have a habit of making demands of the seller that involves expense that the seller is under no obligation to undertake – pointless searches and indemnities and suchlike. The way they write it, though,
Worst of all – our exchange date has been delayed because they were ‘too busy' to finish the contracts. That was five days ago and still no contract. We were meant to be moving in 3 days time, with removals arranged and everything else, we are living out of boxes as everything is packed, but it looks like we're gonna be stuck here for another week, because these guys are afraid of a bit of hard work.
Don't use these guys – too busy napping…
