Google Bad Review: Disgusting Care Provider. Do Not Use! They are rude, they lie, you complain about a Carer they send and they beg to give that person another chance and try to put pressure on you and don't listen. Also they ask you not to complain about their services to the Council. The manager is no better, not apologetic and unprofessional. They don't call you back, don't keep promises and their communication between carers and their office is non-existent. My mobile number was blocked on their out of hours phone after the contract was terminated. Totally pathetic how they treat people. They should change their company name to Incompetent Care! Avoid at all costs. I do not recommend them at all!
