Google Bad Review 1: Good amenities locally (supermarkets, Barking market, underground station and bus routes) a few good places to eat too Pablos pizza and Wood oven. Abbeville Apartments it self is a good place to live as long as you have considerate residents living above. The following are also available within the building resident gym and lounge, bike storage and garden. Moving on The male concierge D****l needs replacing he is rude, arrogant and abrupt and treats Asian residents in a disgusting manner. He sits there with a grumpy face, doesn't acknowledge Asian residents nor does he greet. He lacks common courtesy and basic service skills. On the other hand the female lady M*****a who works on Saturday is very kind, friendly and polite. She has great customer service skills who acknowledges residents and greets them with a smile. Given 1 star due to the unprofessional poor service from male working at reception.
