Google Bad Review 1:  Awful.
I asked for guidance as I have not moved a whole flat before and was not given it. Shrink wrap and an effective job was promised but not delivered.
In fact I was scolded for not knowing that the job would be too hard for the company.
As a result, the men wasted an hour or more of paid time smoking and complaining outside.

Google Bad Review (2):  We recently used their services and found him through Bark! I was totally disappointed when he said their is a stair charge after unloading the stuffs from the van and I am moving to 2nd floor and he realise that I actually need his help to bring it up and wanted to take the advantage. Anyone booking removal/moving service please make sure you ask all the hidden charges, as they will send an email but will not mention on the phone about these charges. Other than this he seems helpful & Polite.
